Jason was great to deal with. We had our trailer shipped to Georgia and it was everything that he described. No hidden surprises. I love my new to me trailer and would highly recommend doing business with NTS.

Bought our new Merhow 4 horse from this location. The owner Jason Arndt was great to deal with through the whole design and order process and when there were delays on the factory end, he stayed on top of the situation and ensured that we got the trailer we wanted, built the way we wanted it as quickly as possible. Let me start off by saying this is the place you want to buy a trailer from, for multiple reasons. Jason, Colleen, and all the associates at NRS in Fort Scott are superb. I was on the phone asking so many questions and settling financing with Colleen that she would just answer “Hello Katie!” whenever I called the dealership! Jason is an incredibly nice and knowledgable man, as well, always happy to answer my questions about the trailer transparently.
