- Service Wheel Bearings: Clean & inspect all wheel bearings & races, re-pack with premium Hi-temp grease + replace axle bearing seals
- Electrical & Lighting: Check & test batteries, check trailer-to-truck plug, check break-away battery voltage Includes Seals: Grease Seals up tp 8000 lbs. Axles

- A/C & Heat System: Clean/replace A/C filter, inspect & operate both A/C system(s) + furnace
- Appliances: Operate refrigerator, check microwave oven + cooktop/oven for proper operation
- Water System: Pressurize system & check for leaks, inspect/flush & replace Anode rod for water heater, test/operate faucets, shower & toilet
- Service LP System: Inspect lines & preform LPT, inspect & test smoke detector, CO2 detector + LP detector
- Includes New Anode & A/C Filter: One (1) filter for domestic or coleman air conditioners, one (1) magnesium anode rod
